Współpraca at Lešť

     At the turn of September and October 2022, 28 Slovak and Polish operators from the 5th Special Forces Regiment and the Jednostka Wojskowa Formoza exchanged experiences at the Lešť Training Center.

     The purpose of the joint training was to compare tactical and shooting procedures with Polish colleagues. The operators practiced combat drills during combat in the open and in the urban areas as well as during simulated night, and they practiced alternative planting methods too. They were engaged in the practice of "breaching", i.e. opening closed or blocked doors using a ram, shotgun or controlled detonation.

     The main idea of the training was to align the tactical procedures of both groups and to achieve an increase in training to prepare for further operational use with coalition partners.
